Word: “Don’t spend your time fishing around for godless gossip and ridiculous rumors. Instead, work out your spirit, developing true godliness.” (1 Timothy 4:7)
Wonder: Between e-mail forwards, Facebook games, Twitter trivia, telephone tag, and water-cooler whispering, how much time do you invest during any given week in reading, listening to, snooping, or passing along matters that you have no real business fishing for in the first place?

Wonder: Warning – there’s a strong word approaching! Between forwarding false e-mail forwards, posting your life’s gripes on Facebook, questionable Twittering about others, and/or wallowing in water-cooler whispering, how much time do you invest during any given week in reading, listening to, or otherwise participating in matters you have no real business fishing for in the first place? Try keeping tabs on such this week – perhaps even a time log – and repent, re-investing that time in prayer for, and encouragement of, others instead. “No fishing allowed.”

  1. ” Time is money”, “Time is Gold”. What an important statment: Don’t waste your time. There are people that spend more time in chat rooms, texting, and calling by phone, than the time neccesary to get a bachelor degree! Every second, every minute, every hour in our lives, counts, like a drop of water that once fallen, no longer can be recovered. Tic Toc, Tic Toc, Take advantage of the time, aproach to God!
