The bottom fell out of the number of families coming to the “the big distribution” day this year for food. A total of 243 families were served last night compared to 423 families last year. Why the drop in number? That’s a good question; I’m still scratching my head on that. This much we do know, it was not because it wasn’t well publicized or because there are far fewer needy people!
At any rate, we’ll do it all again this Thur., Dec. 15, at 5:00 p.m. We’ve got to get all the produce out or it will ruin and with Thursday being a regular distribution day we’ll make the most of the opportunity. Some if you can help at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, we’ll have plenty for you to do once more. Come share in the blessing of sharing with others!
